Outreach
The Bible Church of the Lakes is a mission-oriented congregation, who prayerfully and financially supports many worthy Christian ministries. In an effort to encourage faithful & consistent prayer by our members for all of our outreach ministry partners, we publish a “Ministry of the Month” in the weekly church program. Also, we invite our missionaries to visit & speak during a morning worship service whenever possible.
ARK of Highland Lakes

The ARK of Highland Lakes is a faith-based nonprofit organization that exists to serve individuals and families in crisis throughout the Highland Lakes region. Formerly known as the Highland Lakes Crisis Network, ARK unites churches, volunteers, and community partners to bring hope, healing, and long-term transformation to those in need.
ARK operates through a network of local churches, trained volunteers, and nonprofit partners. We respond to both immediate crises—like natural disasters or emergencies—and long-term needs like transitional housing, food insecurity, foster care, and spiritual guidance. Every response is built on relational support and a desire to show the love of Christ through action.

Bridges to Life
The spiritual mission of Bridges To Life is to minister to victims and offenders in an effort to show them the transforming power of God’s love and forgiveness. Bridges To Life connects communities to prisons in an effort to reduce the recidivism rate (particularly that resulting from violent crimes), reduce the number of crime victims, and enhance public safety.
Camp Peniel
A Christian camp ministering to kids of all ages. Bringing people face to a face to face relationship with God through Christ centered adventures. Adventure with a Purpose!
The Gideons International
The Gideons International is an Association of Christian business and professional men and their wives dedicated to telling people about Jesus through associating together for service, sharing personal testimony and by providing Bibles and New Testaments. Since its founding in 1899, over 2 billion Bibles have been distributed in some 200 countries, territories and possessions worldwide. “GideonCards” are a wonderful way to send a Christian card & donate to distributing God’s Word.
Haiti Share
From dependency to leadership by the grace of God. The mission of Haiti Share is to facilitate the spiritual, intellectual and character development of Haitians who demonstrate leadership potential and to assist them in becoming self-supporting, responsible, community-minded members of their society.
Pregnancy and Life Center
The Pregnancy and Life Center is a pro-life Christian ministry whose motto is ‘Hope, Help and Healing”. They seek to “stand in the gap” for the unborn baby as well as share Christ’s love with individuals who may not know Him…yet! The “Baby Bottle Boom-a-Rang!” campaign provides funding for free pregnancy testing services, educational information and maternity & baby items for their clients.
Independent Baptist Church
The Independent Baptist Church, Myanmar, pastored by Vel Za Siama, is in an Asian country having the second largest population of Buddhists in the world. The church supports Grace Children’s Home, a faith-based orphanage that teaches children about Jesus and the Bible.

Jim Myers Ministries
James F. Myers Ministries’ primary purpose is to train national Christian leaders in the former Soviet Bloc countries and other nations. The primary focus of the ministry is in Kiev, Ukraine, where the ministry started Word of God Bible Church and founded Word of God Bible College.
Operation Christmas Child
Samaritan’s Purse has partnered with local churches around the world since 1993 to deliver 157 million Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts to children in need in 160 countries. Each one—packed full of fun toys, school supplies, and hygiene items by a family or individual—is sent with prayer that the child who receives it will experience God’s love through these simple gifts.

Texas Wounded Warrior Foundation
The mission of the Texas Wounded Warrior Foundation is to raise awareness, to honor, and to empower our Wounded United States Military Warriors who live in Texas and surrounding states, enabling them to assimilate back to daily life upon their return from combat.
Voice of the Martyrs
The Voice of the Martyrs is a nonprofit, interdenominational Christian missions organization dedicated to serving our persecuted family worldwide through practical and spiritual assistance and leading other members of the body of Christ into fellowship with them. VOM sponsors the “International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church” when thousands of churches across the United States and the world in pray for our persecuted Christian brothers and sisters, who are being threatened and imprisoned for their faith in Jesus Christ.
