Timeless Biblical Truth.
Because the LORD has ascended victorious to His sanctuary, delivering His people from bondage and leading them to their inheritance by defeating all their enemies, the nations are also to praise the LORD.
- The victorious LORD marches through the earth to the praise of His people (1-6).

- The victorious LORD’S march inspires praise from His people (3-4).
- The victorious LORD’S march provides for the oppressed (5-6).

- The LORD’S people glory in the LORD’S ascension on Zion and the tribute He received as Conqueror (15-18).

- The LORD’S people praise Him for His salvation from their enemies (19-23).
